BRINK & PARTNER is a partnership of german attorneys (Rechtsanwälte) and notaries (Notare) with residence in Flensburg, Northern Germany. The office´s main emphasis is the legal consulting and procedual acting in all varieties of commercial law. This includes particularly consulting for business establishment, -performance and -restoration as well as the growing special practice areas of competition- and trademarklaw, IT-, IP- medialaw and insolvency administration. Besides this the office covers also "classic" practice areas like f.e. familiy- / alimony- and traffic law.

BRINK & PARTNER since 1956 has continously grown and now consists of 6 Attorneys and 2 notaries.
